This particular whisky is a combination of our most aged whisky and a spirit that has undergone maturation in a carefully chosen assortment of the highest quality casks from across the globe. It is unequivocally the most opulent whisky in our collection.

Undoubtedly, the precise techniques employed by our whisky artisans to produce Signet remain undisclosed. That being said, it is important to note that Signet’s unique mix of rich sweetness and intense spice is at least partly due to the fact that it is made with our own roasted “chocolate” barley malt and “designer casks” made from American white oak just for our company. The process of cold filtration is not employed.

Aroma: A strong Aruba espresso fused with a treacly plum pudding, rich with sherry and candied orange peel.

Taste: A contrast of rich sweetness with an explosive crackle of sizzling spices and bitter mocha.

Finish: A fresh, spring-like breeze of mint with a bright citrus-lemony-green quality.
