Delivery & Shipping Information
The shipping service provided in the United States is characterized by its efficiency and dependability. Our objective is to ensure that the product reaches the customer within one day or a maximum of two working days, specifically for orders containing up to six bottles or weighing up to 10 kilograms. A uniform fee is applied for the delivery of any quantity of bottles to a singular destination, commencing at a base price of $15.50 for a weight not exceeding 10 kilograms or approximately 6 bottles within the confines of the United States.
It is imperative that an individual assumes responsibility for signing upon the delivery of the parcel to the designated address. Additionally, we offer the option of delivering the parcel to a work address or to a neighboring location. Alternatively, customers may contact us to obtain specific instructions for the delivery of the parcel. Parcels are not left without obtaining a signature. If the customer has not received their order within a period of 14 days, they are advised to contact the company via email at contact@drinkwarehouseplusltd.com to inform them of the delay.
It is important to acknowledge that the weight of bottles and parcels may differ, resulting in corresponding variations in shipping charges based on the weight of the parcels.
