Parker’s Heritage Collection 1981 27 Year Old Straight Bourbon Whiskey

This extremely limited 27-year-old Kentucky straight Bourbon whiskey was made at Heaven Hill’s distillery and bottled exclusively for the Parker’s Heritage Collection in 2008 as the 2nd Edition release.

This incredibly rich Bourbon, made from charred American white oak and bottled at 48 percent ABV, received a whopping 95 points from John Hansell of the Malt Advocate magazine!

Parker Beam, a 6th generation Master Distiller, was honored with the Parker’s Heritage Collection for his 45 years of devotion to the distilling industry. The barrels for this second edition release had been aged since 1 and had been hand-selected by Parker himself.
